My Ethernet camera (FLIR A3x0/A3x5/A6x5/Ax5) in FLIR Tools does not display a live image but instead shows a rainbow-colored image. How do I fix this?

FLIR Tools is not receiving the live image stream from the camera. This might be due to your firewall blocking FLIR Tools: change the firewall settings to allow FLIR Tools through the firewall, and live images should then display correctly.
